Renova Red manages all activities, including the design of interventions. Thanks to its professional resources, it is able to manage all phases, preparing the initial activities of analysis of the intervention, the technical-economic pre-feasibility study, and the design in the various preliminary, final and executive phases; it can also provide the activities of supervision of works, site safety coordination, project management and management construction.
The RED Renewable Energy Development division of Renova Red, deals with projects related to the installation of photovoltaic systems. The company acts as an EPC Contractor, specifically, after a thorough analysis of the environmental context in which the plant will be developed, the relevant design, procurement of photovoltaic cells and subsequent turnkey construction of the plant including grid connection are carried out. Red, moreover, as part of the contract, provides for the drafting of the Maintenance Plan and related training of the assigned personnel.

Red Fiber is a part of Renova Red responsible for the acquisition and management of projects in the field of telecommunications infrastructure. Red Fiber has an organizational structure capable of managing all phases of a contract: from design to implementation to subsequent maintenance.
The unit was specially created by Renova Red to support the concessionaires in the implementation of the interventions envisaged by the NRP:
- Digitization, innovation and competitiveness in the production system
- Investment 3: Ultra-fast ultra-wideband and 5G networks.

Red Mobility is the division of Renova Red that specializes in the design and construction of innovative infrastructure and technological facilities aimed at improving mobility in the Italian territory. The division places great emphasis on sustainability and the development of efficient and green mobility.

Renova Red EPC Contractor is involved in the design, procurement and construction of energy plants, with a focus on hydrogen production facilities. The division is responsible for designing and installing tailor-made plants that fit the needs of the customer, regardless of the designated area. In addition, the use of state-of-the-art technologies and materials enable the construction of scaled plants, with sizes determined as needed.
Red EPC is highly structured for bidding in the hydrogen plant sector.
