Whistleblowing System

The platform, prepared with respect to ISO 37001:2016 standards, responds to the legislation on whistleblowing (Legislative Decree 24/2023), which, for the protection of employees in the private sector, requires companies to have a channel for collecting reports. Behavior that constitutes crimes or violations of the Organization, Management and Control Model under Legislative Decree 231/01 could be reported in addition to what is regulated in the aforementioned Legislative Decree (24/2023).
